Happy Christmas and a Cake filled Winter Solstice

It's the festive time of year again, and at this time it's important to think of everyone who has supported me over the years and enjoyed my artwork, theres no way i can thankyou all enough or tell you how much it means.

leading up to Christmas I have been colouring my cards for the RedSonja card serise and drawing my Vampirellas, also mailing out as many purchased packs of Nevermore Alice WinterSolstice as i could and i'll be continuing doing that when the mail re-opens.
But i know that 2012 holds other exciting ArtTimes ahead, when the blanks arrive I shall be working on Marvel beginings 2 and The Avengers artcard serise not to mention the 60's British Avengers and Night of the Living Dead and a whole bunch of other cool gigs.
I'm thinking of future projects as well, i really enjoy creating cardsets and selling them on to collectors and hearing what they got and how they enjoyed them, so creating cardSets looks like a new path for me to follow, but i hope to do some comics as well and compleate commissions.

Christmas is a time to stop and rest, to be with loved ones and remember whats important in life and thats exactly what i'm doing right now, I hope you are too (StarTrek Search for Spock is on TV as i Type "my god bones, what have  done..."

Sketch cards are 2.5" by 3.5" (some Official cards are 4" by 5" or 5" by 7" when uncut) pieces of original art usually created completely in traditional mediums such as pencil, ink, markers, paint and more. This makes each card individual and essentially one of a kind.

Yep those were my Alice Cards, the last one was the very first card i did for the set based on the comic cover.

The Comics had a few different Alice designs, so i just tried to follow what the comicbooks published. More cards to come :)

New Supergirl

I'm enjoying the new Supergirl, her costume is strong and her intro was decent, apprently we will discover she has some different powers to Superman as well
I went and had some fun doing a pinup of Kara, then printed it onto some artboard and hand coloured it with some Promarker magic, i may do more of these

Back Again LOL

Seems something went wrong Technologically AND somone complained that there were Boobies in my blog lol no doubt one of my old enemies tracked me down and tried to make hassle for me, but we dont put up with Trolls around here :P
Plus i bet youve been wondering why i havent posted any awesome artwork recently, Honestly i've been working hard on Official Vampirella and RedSonja Sketchcard Sets, I just finished the Official LadyDeath/HackSlash and GrimmFairytales Sketchcard Sets, Commissions AND soon i'll be starting the 100% Official Marvel Beginings 2 and Avengers Movie Sketchcard sets, i'm freaking out at the coolness of that.... and did i mention Night of the Living Dead and 60's Avengers Sketchcard Sets!!! lol I'm loving the world of Sketchcards.

That isnt all though, along with some other talented carders i appeared in/did a short Interview in the Uber awesome SketchLife magazine, photos to come soon along with links where you can get a copy and what it's all about.

Sketchcards are an obsession

So i've been working on doing some sketchcard sets, they can take alot of time up, i just put some 60's Avengers and a Dalek Invasion Earth to bed only to jump right into the official Grimm fairytales set.....not to mention commissions etc.
